Yes "bannana" was spelled incorrectly by accident and nobody noticed until after it had gone to print.

The artwork is by the legendary artist Junior Tomlin.

Although historically this has always been credited as a Kickin Records release it was actually the very first release on Kickin's brand new sister label Slip 'n' Slide.

Wishdokta and Mixmaster Gee are both pseudonyms of Grant's, the latter being the name he used to DJ under in the late 80s / early 90s.

This Bandcamp edition features 2 extra versions that were not on the vinyl release (but did appear on the CD release).
